Ingredients:
- Moong dal (or Mung beans) - 1 cup
- Salt - as required
- Green chillies - 2 (or as required)
- Ginger - 1/2"
- Garlic cloves - 3
- Oil - for making dosa
Ingredients:
- Soak moong dal in cold water for 4-5 hours.
- Grind the dal along with salt, chillies, ginger, garlic and water to make a dosa batter.
- Heat dosa pan at medium high, sprinkle little oil on top of the pan.
- Pour the batter on the pan making a round circle starting from center towards the edges.
- Smear oil along the edges of the batter.
- Remove the dosa from pan when it is golden brown in color.
